After talking to the team this morning, I think we should push the board sync from Tuesday to Wednesday at 2pm PT. Roelof can make Wednesday but has a hard conflict on Tuesday, and I'd really like him in the room given where we are on the round.
Can you confirm the new time works on your side? Once locked, I'll send the updated pre-read (revised forecast + the cohort retention deck Marcus put together) by EOD tomorrow.
Separately — the diligence trail is closing fast. If we can get the data room permissions sorted this week, I'm confident we close before the holiday break.
